How to prepare for a matterport
Your house must be CLEAN!!! The matterport camera shows literally EVERYTHING in your house. It is important that your house is in tip top shape, cleaned top to bottom to get the best results.
Staging! Staging can 1- increase the showing ability of your house, and 2- make the matterport look that much better! Ask your agent if they offer staging services or if they can refer you to a company that will do it!
Time! The matterport process can take a few hours depending on the size of your house. Give your agent 1-3 hours at the property alone to properly complete the matterport.
